The Department of Health (DOH) regulates Mobile Home Parks and Recreational Camps under Chapter 64E-15 of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC).
Parks are inspected at least 2 times each year to assure that water supply and sewage disposal facilities are properly maintained, garbage is being properly handled and disposed, and general sanitation of park is maintained in good order, (i.e. no junk, stray animals, rodent harborage, etc.) If the park has a Swimming Pool, that is also inspected.
