The Orange County Health Department (OCHD) provides Prenatal Care to pregnant women who have an economic need for care. Services are provided in a confidential manner. Pregnancy testing is available. FREE condoms are available; just walk in and ask.

Applications for Presumptive Eligibility for Medicaid and assessments for the Prenatal Care Package are completed through our Eligibility Office. To schedule an appointment to determine your eligibility status please call 407-836-2660.

Pregnancy Testing (urine / blood) is available. Services are provided in a confidential manner. Testing is available on a walk-in or appointment basis. Results are available immediately. Cost of the test is $6.50 and is covered by Medicaid for those who are eligible. Services are FREE to minors and do not require parental consent.

Through the Healthy Start program we offer the following classes:

Boot Camp for New Dads

Car Seat Safety

In addition, the WIC program offers classes in:

Breastfeeding

Registration is required for all classes. Locations, dates, and times vary. Please call Healthy Start at 407-254-6822 or WIC at 407-648-6853 for more information.
